    First off, enter the “Flow Bot” and create a new flow bot. Select "Visitor says” in the “triggers” section.

    Now, when it comes to settings, just select "No limits" under "Visitor."

    Next up, dive into "Logistics Issues" and pick out the triggers for your logistics queries. You can select multiple or single options such as "shipping time" or "logistics tracking."

    Then, in the "Channel" section, choose the social media channels where you want to support customers' self-service logistics queries.
